Shipping Methods                                            
Please expect the delivery within NEXT 3 – 7 working days from the date of post out, anytime during working hours.                                            
We can’t promise the exact date & time of delivery as it’s all depending on the courier’s arrangement. Unexpected delays of delivery may happen occasionally by the carrier.                                            
Please follow up the delivery with the courier company (not us) by calling them or online tracking at their website if you still don’t receive your order within 5 – 7 working days from the date of post out.                                            
We will not be responsible for any delivery problems or delays due to incorrect or incomplete of delivery address given by the customer. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend the package that is undeliverable and returned by the courier service.                                            
Please note that you will have to sign for your order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the item will be couriered to you the next day. Please call the assigned logistic company and provide your tracking number to arrange for a redelivery.                                            
If you find that items are damaged upon delivery, please immediately report to Customer Service on the same day with supporting evidence and your Invoice number. Reimbursement is subject to the courier company’s discretion.

Cash On Delivery (COD) :                                                    
Terms and Conditions for SecretByMe Cash On Delivery (COD) Services:                                            
1. All parcels from SecretByme are discreet and double layered. Customer needs to make full payment in Cash as per amount stated on our invoice before the parcel is handed over.                                            
2. Customer is allowed to open the parcel only AFTER the full payment is made.                                            
3. The parcel will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days after the order has been confirmed.                                            
4. SecretByme Cash on Delivery (COD) services is only available for customers in West Malaysia.                                            
5. SecretByme Cash on Delivery (COD) service fee is RM 15.00 per order on top of the original shipping fees (if applicable).                                            
6. Customer needs to be present at the premises (as per shipping address) to make cash payment and receive the parcel upon delivery.                                            
7. If you need to return the item after receiving the parcel, please refer to our Return & Refund policy.                                            
8. In the event the parcel needs to be returned, please note that the shipping expenses for the return parcel shall be borne by the customer.
