Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Normal parcel or COD parcel delivery usually will take about 3 to 7 working days.

To order your purchase :-

- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.

The answer is a “NO” , We would like to keep it as a secret to ourselves, you can request us to write anything such as shoes, clothes…etc in the product content, (Please leave a comment in the comment box).
Q. What if I received a defected or used products?
For hygiene purpose, we will NEVER resell a used product. For the defected product, once you have received the parcel, you can take a picture to verify with us and we would proceed to exchange, but please keep that in mind the product should remain unused ( it can be opened ).
Q. Do you offer Cash On Delivery (C.O.D)?
Yes. Kindly make an appointment with our customer service personnel for C.O.D location through (014-9134272 WhatsApp / Wechat / SMS / phone call).
Q. What is the warranty period for my orders?
Due to the fact that all products are related to sex and for hygiene purposes, we do not recommend product return. We have a strict quality checking process and we always make sure that products are in the best condition before we ship out.However, we do recommend that you contact us (014-9134272, WhatsApp, Wechat, SMS) within 24 hours from order received if you really feel that you need to return the faulty product. Please refer to Return Policy.
Q. I forgot the Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
– You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped and/or delivered
– Please send an email to our customers service email at email@example.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
– Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be canceled.
– All payments made are non-refundable in cash. An order cancelled will be refunded via cash voucher. Please refer to Return & Refund Policy
